This recipe was one made up from leftovers. I made this cookie dough last week for my Homemade Chipwich Recipe and I need to get it out of my fridge. So I was thinking of what to do with it. Should I make an iced cream cake? Should I make some kind of brownie? hmm…… I got it! I have heard that people have been making tahini cookie so I decided to do that. So let’s make chocolate chip cookies with tahini.
Chocolate Chip Cookies With Tahini : What is Tahini?
Tahini is actually relatively new to me as well. If you don’t know, tahini is essentially sesame paste. It is one of those really fun ingredients that bridges the gap between savory and sweet. It is used to make a ton of savory sauces as well as sweet desserts.
